Position :	Climber
Purpose :	Responsible for daily production of aerial Tree work and for processing adequate skills to handle pruning or removal operations.
Qualifications:	Demonstrated ability to proficiently prune or remove any tree assigned to you.
Accountability:	Foreman and Crew Leader
Responsibilities:	Promote a cordial working climate within your assigned crew by safely, Successfully, and productively completing current work requested by your Supervisor. Maintain quality standards in the performance of assigned work on a Consistent basis. Maintain a system that ensures the availability of any "personal gear" that is required to perform your job on a daily basis. Monitor daily assigned equipment and provide necessary reports in the event that such equipment is in need of repair or is working improperly. Develop and maximize benefits of a teamwork effort. Complete all necessary reports required for any accident, injury, loss, breakage etc., and submit report to your supervisor as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours after incident. Verbally report all accidents IMMEDIATELY to your supervisor. Successfully Complete Electrical Hazards Awareness Program. Successfully Complete Basic First- Aid classes annually. Become certified in Aerial rescue.
