Objectives:

Responsible for selling Winkler’s Lawn Care services to residential customer and the retention of those customers. Services include lawn, horticultural, and arboriculture care as well as supplemental services. The sales methodology includes direct outside sales and follow-up phone contact. The position objective is to be accomplished by exercising sound business judgment, ethical personal and corporate conduct, and a spirit of team building among all sales and operations personnel.

Sales/Account Retention
Route all qualified leads within designated geographic area to ensure call frequency and close rate percentage standards set by management are attained.
Maximize sales/close efforts utilizing both direct sales and phone sales techniques per the management 's sales process.
Obtain sales objectives and set by management.
Meet call objectives and close percentages per day/week.
Actively participate in branch cancel retention.
Set reasonable long-term objectives for his /her area of responsibility, in accordance with management objectives. Maintaining continual review of the objectives with field sales management.
Be knowledgeable of all technical programs (lawn, horticulture and arboriculture) and communicate realistic result to prospects &customers.
Maintain on-going contacts with current customers in order to ensure proper service delivery and effect possible up sales.
Use communication record form to ensure proper customer communications.
General commercial leads.
Planning/Organizational
Work/phone area to be neat and organized with appropriate sales and support materials organized and up-to-date.
Activity planner and weekly activity report completed to ensure proper time and territory management.
Calls routed by geography to maximize call efficiency.
Brochures and customer records to be organized well stocks
Administration/Reporting
Competitive activity file maintained on an annual basis.
Daily activity report complete and reviewed with manager.
Analysis and contract to be completed and accurate per approved guide lines
Monitoring service standards
Review customer feedback with sales manager.
Periodically work with production personal in assigned territory.
Regularly communicate with all sales personal in Branch.
